Telephone Orders:

If you are located in the U.S.A. you may call us toll free at 1-800-217-7140. If you are located outside the U.S.A you may reach us at 417-673-7623. Orders may be placed using either VISA or Mastercard. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. central time.

If you reach us after hours, on the weekend, or if an attendant is unavailable to answer your call during the day, please leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call at the first available opportunity.

Please feel free to print out an order form to help organize your selections prior to your call. Record item names and quantities, mail or shipping information, and have your credit card information available.

Postal/Mail Orders:

Print out and complete an order form. Make sure to include a phone number where you can be reached in the event we must contact you concerning your order. Please double check your address information for correctness and legibility. Record items and quantities desired, subtotal and add shipping.

If you are paying by credit card, please complete and sign the VISA/MC payment section. Alternatively you may enclose a personal or business check, certified money order, or cashiers check made out to AUTUMN HARVEST for the total amount payable in US$. Please note: personal and business checks will require 5 to 7 days fund verification prior to shipment.

Return your order form along with payment, or completed credit card information, to the address shown on the bottom of the form.

Email Orders:

Each email order must contain the following items:

1. A voice telephone number to confirm the order.
2. The name of the person placing the order.
3. The address where the order will be shipped.
4. The item names and quantities desired of each product ordered

When your order is received, we will contact you by voice telephone to confirm your order and obtain all necessary credit card information.

Fax Orders:

To place a fax order you must first print out a copy of the order form. Make sure to include a phone number where you can be reached in the event we must contact you concerning your order. Please double check your address information for correctness and legibility. Record items and quantities desired, subtotal and add shipping.

Do not forget to complete and sign the VISA/MC payment section. Fax your order to the number shown on the bottom of the order form (417-673-4097).

Shipping Information:

UPS shipping to any location in the lower 48 states, on any size order placed via phone, fax, or email up to 5 pounds is only US $6.95.

Shipments in excess of 5 pounds will be shipped most economical carrier and you will be contacted prior to shipment and advised of any additional shipping charges.

International, Air, Special Delivery, and shipment by the carrier of your choice is always available. If you desire special shipping please contact us via telephone, Fax, or email and we will be glad to calculate your total shipping charges prior to your order.
