An agreement has been reached that will transfer ownership of all remaining equipment and intellectual resources of Autumn Harvest Gourmet Foods from Missouri-based Berson Industries, Inc., to a Tampa-based company in mid-April, 2009.

It is currently their intention to continue production of the existing line of bread/batter/cake mixes, including support of all previous private-label customers. In addition, they expect to expand capability with the development and introduction of new original products.

Previous customers can expect to find the same focus on quality, concern and respect that they came to appreciate over the past 14 years.
